I always thought public speaking would be difficult, but I now realise that when you are speaking your truth amongst a crowd who are yearning for connection, that the story seems to tell itself.

I was so proud that I managed to emulate the vulnerability of last year's speakers, and set the tone for the night - there were no holds barred from the panel for the remainder of the evening.
